Why has my avatar on free speech been removed by a mod but K300i, who copied it, still has it as his avatar? There is a right to free speech so why can't I keep it? Explain. |

free speech? on this site? why would we need mods then? if you wanna do some "free speech" - make a site yourself - install a forum - and spit it up. invite a lot of other ppl who wanna contribute to the free speech as well... i have nothing against you, don't take it personal, but everytine someone is whining about "free speech" on my site... well, the site has been around for so long now that ppl tends to forget it's a private site, a service for it's visitor... oh well, it's saturday and all...... i'm in good mood, but plz drop the bullshit re:free speech and why you're surprised when the mods are removing disturbing/annoying/nsfw/provocing messages/avatars/images. and that's pretty much what I have to say on this issue. |

and it's kinda tricky to keep things fair all the time.... we find something misappropiate - perform an action - but if someone else do the same thing again - and we (the mods) missed it somehow - let us know - and we'll keep things fair.... thanks for letting us know about K300i. |
