I liked Fugazi and Kyuss. Plus the usual one: Nirvana. I
liked Daft Punk and some random techno stuff as well. I used
to have loads of tapes people made me. Cool older kids would
put me onto stuff like US hardcore punk stuff like Gorilla
Biscuits and Madball. A whole box full of awesome C90 tapes.
I wish I hadn't thrown them all away. :(

I remember buying Jockey Slut one afternoon and thinking
"Wow, I can't wait to go clubbing."

I always thought Rage against the Machine were shit though!

born in 1995.

34 year olds I'm still a baby.

t's a million times worse now with all this "emo" shit. But,
it's probably Fugazi's fault for being so awesome and
inspiring loads of less talented bands.

Black Sabbath, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Typo O Negative
(their Day Tripper/If I Needed Someone thing got me
interested in the Beetlez), Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Sepultura
and all those bands in Metal Edge, etc... and there's really
nothing I liked when I was 14 that I wouldn't still enjoy
now.

Nobody liked Prince and Iron Maiden at the same time. You're
just trying to look cool. I admit to liking loads of stuff
no one gives a fuck about now.

for the sake of giving you a long history of my past... my
dad used to bring home a lot of music... and yes... those
bands i mentioned were just a bit of the stuff he brought
home. but you don't give a shit... so i won't elaborate.

it's great how you single me out on this subject though.

I attribute things to school years. I don't know what year I
was in at School when I was 14 so i can't say.

I was 14 in 1996, that's no help.
