The Black Dog will most likely do a radishow on xltronic in
February. They are currently busy working in the studio, but
really liked the idea. I will keep you updated - this is
just a teaser... :)

and i'm currently discussing radioshows with a whole bunch
of artists out there... it's too early to give you a 100%
claearance tho - so they will be announced later on.

Even though Black Dog's music has went way downhill since
spanners, this is still quite impressive. Well done phobz.

This makes me so very, very happy.

Now, whilst I like the new album, I really do, I hope when
we're saying "The Black Dog" are playing/DJing we mean
either Ken Downie or Ken and the two new guys, as, whilst
the new chaps are great... you know, I wouldn't consider
them on their own... The Black Dog, per se.

I mean if it's all three that's fine, or Ken +1, I'm just
saying I'd be a bit underwhelmed if it were just Dave from
the new BD. Is that fair?

And I disagree with bill_hicks. I think the only time TBD in
any incarnation dropped the ball was the patchy (though with
some highlights) Temple of Transparent Walls. Post split BD
there's been some incredible music, and the new album is
excellent.

They are great, yes.

Just buy the album "Bytes" - this should be in any serious
electronic music lover's collection...this goes without
saying ;)

would i ask too much if i'd ask they could play a mix of the
entire unreleased back-catalogue (pre-spanners) and that
phobs would release it in flac?

didn't think so either
