I think it was Weird Al- Alapalooza or Weird Al's Greatest
Hits or Weird Al- Off the Deep End. I bought cassettes for
years, my first two CDs were The Smashing Pumpkins- Mellon
Collie and the Infinite Sadness and Gargage's self-titled.

First tape was Imagination's "In the heat of the night" and
the first vinyl was Adam & the Ants "Kings of the Wild
Frontier", and I still like both of them.

Metal? He did go batzoid apeshit throwing a car alternator
through a pub window and brandished a replica gun, but I
don't think he ever was so steeped in insanity as to go
"metal", ask Earthleakage if he ever drops in again, he'll
give you the full goods.
