So far I have read three of his books:
The Da Vinci Code
Deception Point
Angel and Demons (which I think is the best of the three)

Has anyobne read any other or all if so which one next?

That's what I thought, I am guessing that they are all to
the same formula, mystery charactor, paralel story lines
(The box opened, everyone gasped. Meanwhile in
Paris......).

Then a double twist at the end, the good guys turn out to be
bad guys but wait the good guys are good guys....

I don't think they are shit, he is probably the best author
of pulp suspense novels. I did find Angel and Demons to be a
really good read.

I read DaVinci cause everybody was rambling about how great
it was. It wasn't. Don't think I've ever read a book and
being annoyed of the way it was written. It was too hung up
on details, and not even interesting details. I never got
engaged with the characters, and basically couldn't give a
damn if they the good or the bad ones. When I finished, I
thought, "Now that was a waste of time".

Basically, I thought it was a mediocre Hollywood-flick in
written form.

If you weren't expecting more you probably would have
enjoyed it.

Perhaps, but generally I'm not into actionbooks at all, so I
think my verdict would be the same. If somebody had told me
more about it I wouldn't have read it in the first place.

I see people reading it on the buses here the last few days.

I found the The Da Vinci Code most boring and contrived. He
has a sloppy populist writing style that bored me to tears.
People who thought the book lived up to the thriller or
suspense novel it was meant to have been mustn't think past
what the next three lines are likely to bring because I
found it predictable from beginning to end.

He's a shit DJ as well. I saw him at the Autechre show in
Manheim and I swear to god that the dance floor emptied as
soon as he started playing.
