I ordered Geogaddi for £20 and Untilted on vinyl both of
them turn up today with all four corners bashed, no receipt
and no goodies.

Last order I EVER place with them.

I am writing to them now to register my complaint. Fucking
muppets.

that's ridiculous, all right... i hope they let you
exchange them without a hassle.

out of all the vinyl i've bought over the years, i've been
lucky to only recieve one damaged 12" (not including ones
with slight superficial marks). i ordered it from
alternative tentacles, which is a favorite of mine and i've
never had any trouble with them before or since. it played,
but had a noticable warp and the sleeve was badly crumpled.
i didn't get a new one from the label, although they were
very nice about it, because it was limited edition and they
didn't have extra copies without warps. really, they should
have mentioned that their inventory was a bit fucked on
their website, but whatever. it wasn't that much money and
it's still a great record.

I've never had a problem with them before but I got Untilted
the other day and the sleeve was completely fucked. I
emailed them and they sent me a replacement case and a few
stickers in a package which was actually protective. I heard
a few people have had this kind of thing with them lately.

I blame the postal service. It seems they vent their
aggression on my orders about 1 time out of 5. But then
again, a lot can happen en route from warpmart or boomkat,
so the stats aren't that bad.

But if my Untilted or Yoseph LP is fucked, warpmart will
know my wrath (atleast as far as wrath can be represented in
the form of an e-mail)

oh god I had something similar with schematic once.

I ordered the "Well Suited For General Purpose Audio Work"
compilation from them a few years back, paid through paypal.
it said I had to wait for them to calculate the postage and
they'd mail it to me and I had to pay that later. so I
waited. nothing happens for about a month. I mail schematic
and get an answer from one of the Phoenecia boys saying that
something went wrong, it would be $5 or something and they'd
put in some free stuff for the time I waited.

so I paid the 5 bucks.

about three months later - still no reply. I mail them to
ask what happened.

a few months later - no answer. I send a fuming e-mail
asking even someone even fucking reads these.

I get a kind of annoyed e-mail back that they're posting
it.

I never got it.

Nah, Warpmart are at least partly responsible for this
OUTRAGE. The first Untilted I received was loose in a
package where it could slide around like nobody's business,
whereas the replacement sleeve was held tightly in a padded
envelope.

You're right. I've had a few loosely packaged orders too.
The blame is now shared.

But sometimes the postalservice can be a bunch of homos,
especially the norwegian ones. They misplaced my Drukqs box
for a month, back in '01.

And yet - Nothing.

They wont even respond to my emails stating this.

- If anyone out there has another means of contacting the

- You can email me at sonofaglitch@hotmail.com should you
