I feel vaguely motivated to point out, once again, that in all the many dozens of orders I've placed with warpmart very few of them have have anything wrong with them. On the rare occasion that anything did go wrong (with damaged, missing, unsupplied or incorrect items) a nice email to warp-central results in a friendly reply and the immediate putting right of the problem, usually with bonus goodies in tow. |

all mine were kind of worn by the time i got them. but i forgive them for making it 10,000 miles. also one of the inner sleeves of my untilted is cut from the disc. they gave me apropa't though, so cool with me |

yup both my untilted and dol-goy assist lp's were damaged. the sleeves totally fucked up. but that's not as bad as the pre-order i did for a limited Boris 2xlp on colour. and when it came, the lp's just went and cut through the sleeves. no ebay gold!!! hehe |

Sounds like my cousin had a similar experience to some of you guys, check out the email he sent me: Well I received Untilted today, and I'm fucking pissed. You know the outer cardboard (that surrounds the record sleeve)? Yeah, there's fucking tape on it. When I took it off it actually ripped some of the cardboard off with it. This is bullshit I'm emailing them. Oh there was also like some dust flakes on the vinyl itself. I want no barriers at all between that wax and my new Fischer-Price cartridge. Henry |

i'm still waiting for a copy of the infinite scale 12" from sister ray records atm, been 3 weeks so far. i emailed them the other day to ask where my record was and they said they were having difficulty getting the ltd colour vinyl version. wtf?? the only reason i ordered from them in the first place rather than my usual favourite stores is cos they claimed to have the ltd version! i hate it when they advertise things for sale that they haven't even really got!! i know exactly what will happen now, in about another month they'll email me and say they can't get the record! meanwhile i could have ordered it from somewhere else but now of course they'll all be sold out and i'll have to go looking on ebay!! TWATS |

never had problems, though the last order i made, all the plastic wrap was open/missing from the vinyl (4). never got any freebies besides the chocolate coin w/ 26 mixes & squarewindow w/ ultravisitor. |

I got a very nice reply from them saying send the good back for a replacement...but I'm not paying another 4 quid to send them back so I am stuck with bent sleeves :( |

heheh. I ordered a "new" CD from Sisterray once (Manhunt on Rephlex) and it was (1) opened , (2) had a figure print on the bottom side of disc and (3) there was a scratch next to the fingerprint. I laughed, then I was mad cause I remembered how rare the Manhunt CD was. damn them. |

I ordered a few things from Sisterray in 98/99, and they were fine then, no problems. But every order I made after that has alway been canceled because they never have the records in stock. I've given them up altogether now. I loved to read their ads in nme back in the day though. It was a great way to keep myself up to speed on new releases. |

why should you put postage on it? just send it back in the package it came in. they sent me the wrong cd about 2 months ago and asked me to send it back. I put it right into the same "box" and sent it back to Warp without putting postage on it - it's their fault, they want the cd back, they pay for it. got the right cd after that and that was that. |

I do like it very much, incredible landscapes, friendly people. I don't really want to go back to the dear old UK, though obviously I miss my old friends.... I do chat with Estrella, she helps me with my very bad spanish, but she's in the capital whilst I'm down in the rainy south. Mi castellano sigue siendo terrible por que nunca hablo con nadie... Hay "frescolita" en chile/ / ? es el mejor refresco del mundo, pero solo lo he visto en colombia y venezuela. si quieres calor debes ir a margarita, no cuesta much en avion o ferry y hay muchas playas y chicas con faldas cortas,haha o es "jajajaja"? , pero solo en tiempo de vacacion , eg easter, navidad y verano - later july to october really.. . fuck i do miss - kronnie / grolsch / stella , raves and half decent music shops when i am out there though. fuckin lucky to find a kraftwerk album let alone afx cd let alone fucking vinyl in most stores in south america. |

they forgot my latest analrod, but then sent it to me after a few days -- but to the wrong address where the original order wasn't to and i'm not at for a while. i did get a free promo cd though, and some random homosexual looking 7" () with an inch wide centre hole that's quite difficult to place properly. listening to it for the first time now -- super catchy, quite good in a fun way... actually (listening again) i love the a side. |

i've been ordering from warpmart for ages and never had any problems, although the freebie rate has dropped considerably i've just put that down to the fact that they are probably pressing less promo copies. i've never ordered any of the problematic titles like geogaddi or drukqs on vinyl though. |
