well it's been 3 or 4 weeks, and just recently (last couple
listens ... at night, dark, buzzin, etc..you know) this
album has finally, FINALLY came out for me.

just like draft ... each track really didn't make sense and
was overall, very difficult to listen to. just like draft,
3-4 weeks of "forced" listening has finally brought me
around and now im a bit more comfortable with each track
(except two ... still getting compiler errors)

bah, i hate saying this knowing the album isn't even out yet
... but hopefully there will be some minor changes on the
mastered copy to let me pickup on a few surprises

damn this is going to be a crazy good summer,

augmatic disport was one of my favs from the get-go, but
sounded very repetitive ... of course, 3-4 weeks later and
it's now a controlled structure that can't be bunked. each
lateral layer builds resilliance against the former ... and
pro radii, well i better hear this track live come may
because it sounds like it was made to be played live at
extreme levels ... LCC for some reason, the pads sound
extremely annoying on any computer speakers ... that intro
pad that lasts for the first 3-4 minutes is really annoying
and stands out WAY too much ... yet in the car it sounds
completely tucked away???? great track in the car, not on
computer (waiting for final copy to fix this) .. and the
ending is surpurbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb lush melody. the trees is
just fantastic once you crank it to hear everything tucked
away ... iera really breaks down smooth as iron silk, and
sublimit needs no comments to stand

better over cheap computer speakers than in the car.

Good to know. I had the same experience with draft. I felt
like untilted was very draft-like, but it hasn't taken yet.
Will give it some more listens in my private time and see
what happens.

draft was way better. all the time. this album is good, but
the soundscape is much thinner and more minimalistic. but
most of the tracks gets better halfway through. for
expample, i still can't stand the beginning of lcc. and
people said they listened 15 secs to the first track and it
sounded totally ae? i hope they do some hardcore mastering
on the ReLEAse.

it sounds "cool" at first,

but takes weeks to develop the understanding of the
structure of it.

you have to play around with it for a while,

LCC sounds completely different on computer speakers vs in
car.

it's weird, lcc in car rocks, lcc on computer speakers =
annoying (intro pad)

but im sure it will be fixed on final version,

can't hear shit for this melodies in the background .. hope
they are drawn out a bit better in the final cut, there are
some gems hidden in there

This album is better than Draft, Draft was OK, but this is a
return to darker times with a much better atmosphere.
Confield wanted to envelope you in sounds, Draft wanted to
wow you with clinical beat work, this album wants to beat
the living shit out of you and have you coming back for
more.

Structurally this album isn't that much a departure from
previous releases just much more refined deeper sound in
general. I can't wait to pick the official release up in
two formats.

to stay clear of that previous post, i would like to add
that untilted, or at least the mp3 rip of the promo is
indeed a great album, i wouldnt say its my favorite thing by
them, but i only like this album more and more the more i
listen to it. its really hard hitting and robotic sounding?
like if ep7 wasnt an ep, and if draft was stripped of its
dancey ness and given an upgrade.
all stupid similarities aside, i am really into this.

Neither would I, but if I hear that it has a large potential
to grow on me (like I felt with Confield but strangely not
Draft 7.30) then I will put the effort in.

It's its Mp3 guise, Untilted simply isn't well
produced/mastered/mixed enough for me to try and "get it",
or for it to grow on me properly. Hopefully the final
release will correct this.

If it is a "HOT" melody, perhaps you should turn the
