PLAID are playing live in Iceland on the same day, March the

no!

those of you who want to see plaid on the 4th will have to
redirect yourselves to iceland. this is clearly an human
error. who's responsible!? ARRRR

b12 & plaid were announced for this just to draw attention.

i've seen that before.

then..

what? that's just wrong

i'm not bullshitting or anything. they have been booked to

btw, it just came to my mind that i already experienced a
gig wit plaid sceduled but then they were cancelled - but
that wasn't their fault really, they were there.

I went to see B12 play twice and both times they were
cancelled. So I guess, promoters, if you want to attract 18
people to your new event, advertise B12 as playing, and the
punters won't act all shitty when they're not there because,
I don't know... what.. I'm ...trying to say... in this post.

offline seed from United Kingdom on 2005-02-12 18:21 [#01496791]

ooops!!!

also in main room: ceephax acid crew (live)
!!

plaid confirmed they could play this gig back in decemeber.
theyve obviously double booked....

none of these names are just for "attention grabbing" - its
a genuine line-up.

if plaid have double booked we'll have to add someone else i
guess....one name springs to mind :-)

and b12 were going to play at the tube party last year but
the entire event was cancelled by london underground
breaching their contract with us at the last minute (costing
us over 10 grand...and we're still messing about with
solicitors over that one)

and not only that, they're the third best idm-act out
there!

imagine that, an idm-gig filled with screaming 12-year old
girls (for the chinese fetishists among you, make that
12-year old CHINESE girls)...and boc is guaranteed to make a
recording of the event, releasing it as their 4th album in
15 years

ok, i'm done now

i'm going

d_b- last time B12 did play at elektrowerkz, it was like
their first live performance in ages. (Although they were
advertised to be playing at another rave I went to, but they
didn't show-up)

hanal - the legofeet thing was my mistake. i was always
under the impresson andy did the legofeet stuff, no-one ever
told me otherwise! i was quite pleased andy was coming down
to dj, as he'd never before come to one of our nights
(although rob hall holds the record for playing at more of
the tube station parties than anyone else)

anyways, this party was damn good fun, allthough sadly the
skam room was pretty quiet most of the night as everyone was
crowding into the main room to see b12.

i've played with b12 about 5 or 6 times since, and they have
not disappointed yet.
