Live alone, and all of a sudden you will be surrounded by
people you want to spend time with as opposed to people you
have to.

You task today is to compliment a stranger on their shoes.

who else at xlt (except me, yo) likes black poplars ?

they've been following me all my life now, they always grow
behind my window wherever i live and have perfect reaction
to wind cause they're so high

Phobs LOVES monkey puzzle trees, he imagines how a monkey
could climb them. If you are wondering why V2 has been so
long in coming, it is because Phobs has been imagining
monkeys when he should be updating XLT.

STORY:
Me and a friend i don't like anymore were walking under a
monkey puzzle tree. It was very tall and had lots of chunky
pods that looked like coconuts. One fell down and smashed my
friends cd player out of his hand. The cd inside was cracked
(it was some kind of awful rnb mix cd that had that horrible
'i don't wanna know' track on it)
Mwahahahaha.

QUESTION:
What is the history behind the name of this fantastic cd
smashing tree?

"The origin of the popular English name Monkey-puzzle
derives from its early cultivation in Britain in about 1850,
when the species was still very rare in gardens and not
widely known. The proud owner of a young specimen at
Pencarrow garden near Bodmin in Cornwall was showing it to a
group of friends, and one made the remark "It would puzzle a
monkey to climb that"; as the species had no existing
popular name, first 'monkey-puzzler', then 'monkey-puzzle'
stuck" - Mitchell 1996.

your opinion?

When you feel a funny itch in your arse is it prostate
cancer? I would really like to maintain a decent erection
for future copulation

I have to be in the mood for some Autechre now-a-days, I did
like Untilted for a while but I havn't played it in a long
time. Quaristice did nothing for me, I gave it a chance
(bought the CD and everything)

My favorite track is Chatter from AI2, I still play that a
lot, it makes me think of a hot wasteland with shimmering
mirages everywhere.

It is probably thread worms (if you been around young kids
recently, I would put money on this being the cause). Go to
Boots (other chemists/drugstores are available) and pick up
a pill to kill them, if it still itches go and see your
doctor. Better safe that sorry, even if it means a stranger
putting his fingers up your arse.

I feel fabulous, Ampi Max! Thanks for asking! Although here
in the States we like to use the term "ass-loving", rather
than "bum-loving". A minor, but highly amusing, cultural
difference.

I agree on Quaristice, about which I'm feeling a bit
indifferent about now. Untilted was much, much better.
