It has just re-occured to me that I absolutely love the layout of both the messageboard and the main webpage here. The rest of messageboards I've lurked around are simply not up to par [read: WANKSHOT], and I would like to take a second to give thanks. So, mad props to phobia, tune and the rest of the team for their hard work, and also much love to the community here as well. Thank you, goodnight. |

and by "layout" I was also including the excuisite color palette here as it is Aphexy/classy yet very easy on the eyes. Speaking of eyes, I've even grown used to the Æyes. I barely even notice them now and for some reason the unibrow isn't as menacing as it first was. sweet. |

Haha. I never quit. I said I was taking a break. If you consider the fact that I was making like 10 posts a day, a 5 day hiatus was a big break for me. |

this is an ass-licking thread, but i have to chime in anyways: the format of the board is the only really tolerable one i've encountered on the internet -- it really can't be beat for immediacy. |

yeah, indeed... you are not totally wrong... but xlt is not warp-alike to the extent planet-mu is. Just some 45 degree corners, but that's a common thing. Not the designers republic were first to come up with this idea, i guess. |

the background color is a very common color to use... it's standard. |

and colorscheme of this site was developed long before warp had their current site up and running.... even aphextwin.nu in '00 had this colorscheme.... and the new warp-site got online in '01 or something. so i wonder who actually got inspired? |

i like this layout allot, i have not seen any better looking messageboard really.. and as you spend quite allot of time here i think it's important that it looks at least decent. I cant stand all those cheap looking forums with all those horrible fat boxes everywhere and urgh those smiley attatchments!! =/ this is clean as it should be! |

i didnt used to like it very much, but after learning i could view more than 25 topics at a time by changing it to 100 in my edit page i got a little more RZPKT for it. |

What I like about XLTronic is the simplicity. Compared to the watmm board it has a very calm design, it let's you take time to read the post in your own pace. You can both skim through posts and read carefully without annoying animated smileys or garish signatures at the bottom of every post. If I were to attribute personalities, watmm would be a hyperactive kid constantly shouting what he could do while doing silly faces, xlt on the other hand would be a reflected man sitting in an armchair quitly smoking his pipe. |
