that is theeeee worst feeling in thw whole world, and i'm not gonna lie and say it'll be better soon, cause it probably won't. it's gonna take a reallly long time, but eventually it does get better. alcohol helps. and so does meeting new people.... as much as you may feel like you don't want to meet anyone new for a long time.... it really does help. i hope you win on a scratch ticket or something. <3333333333 and remember everyone on xlt loves you. well... thanks to all of you sometimes its good to read how people care about you ... above all in this cases I know this is gonna be slow... but at the end I will recover... as many of you said, I ll get over it, I know this... but fuck, how bad I feel in these hours... thanks to all of you really, and dont worry, time everything fixes... but thats the problem, time is so slow in this cases... I hate it when people do that. You don't just stop loving people suddenly. I reckon people who do aren't in love in the first place. If you love someone, you'll love them to the day you die. Even if they change hugely or become really unpleasent towards you, you'll still love the "old them". |

I'm really sorry to hear that buddy. The only thing I can say, other than what's been said, is that it might help to try and take what you are feeling now and do something creative with it... draw, write, paint, do whatever you feel like, or even have a go at something you haven't tried before... it's what I do anyway, and I think it helps. You probably won't be able to take your mind off it, so doing something like that means you don't have to try and block it but you can also make something positive out of it. If you don't feel like doing any of this just remember that time is the best healer of all, and keep your head up. Smooth |

Get your hands on any of the translations done by Coleman Barks. He's got something like 15 different collections out now. "The Essential Rumi" is a good one to start with. (Actually I have a spare copy of that one laying around -- it's yours if I get your address). In a similar vein, you might like the translations of Hafiz done by Daniel Ladinsky. |

i broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years not too long ago. its been a really horrible 2 months since then. but last week i started to notice other women again, since then its benn great! i've got laid about a dozen times since then! i told my ex that i would wait for her, cos she was saying that she had other things in her life like her business that she wanted to concentrate on for the time being. problem is, since i started noticing other womenshe has got really jealous and i think she wants me back now and i dont know what to do. i dont know if she is going to fuck my head up all over again. i dont know if getting back with her is such a good idea, even though i really want to. it does take time to get over these this mate, but it does happen. i've always found that no matter how much you feel for someone after a break-up, going uot and getting in bed with a new woman a few times helps no end. anyway, at least you've still got your 20,000 + points total to keep you happy. |

Nacco: Since my break up. My mates have all rallied round and are trying to keep me busy. I have been on a few holidays to ease the pain adn keep my mind busy. I have even organised a trip to see my old friend in Spain in September. I think if you set yoruself thing sto look forward to int he future they will act as a light of the end of the tunnel to pull you through. If you feel like jumping on a cheap ryanair plane ticket and coming over to the UK to soak up some cool architecture I 'll host you - now that I have an empty spare room in the house :o(. think about thi sseriously, I'm being genuine, do something you woudl never do. |
