Clonidine its actually a antihypertension drug thats used to treat high blood pressure, but at different doses its also used to treat menopause symptoms, (rarely) ADD in young children, and as a sedative the nice thing about it is it doesn't feel like a sleeping pill at all.... it doesn't feel like youre on drugs, you just feel very naturally tired, and never weird the next day in my experience anyway... and my doctor told me thats what its usually like |

What's wrong with Zoplclone?...Seems to be the most common sleeping pill about nowdays, since benzo based ones get so much bad press (Mogodon/Nitrazepham...)... |

Feeling weird the next day is the best thing about sleeping pills... The memory loss can be a bit of a fucker if you're on them too long, but you only really notice this if you take em during the day, as a tranqiliser, or don't sleep... |

also try nice herbal remedies...... valeriana officinalis "heliotrope" this plant can work wonders but the taste in not human. you can get them in pills though. |
