I know... I'm used to forums that auto-convert URLs to
hyperlinks ;)

I'm gonan try and make this.

Jamie Lidell and Squarepusher were both excellent when i saw
them last. And with new work by Aphex, stuff by Steve Reich
and videos by Chris Cunningham...well this looks like a
winner.

your forum is capable of doing everything - except from
being online.

*just kidding :)

have you also used forums that are untidy, have information
overload problems, take ages to load, are "spamtastic" and
constantly have server problems?

All problems on your end, mate - all the boards I've used
are fast, have great features (that can be turned off if you
wish - I'd rather have that choice myself), and are used by
the majority of web sites. Also, since I didn't code it
myself, I don't have to worry about support, and have an
active community of developers to create addons that further
enhance the board.

I like your K-9 avatar, BTW :)

Warp really seem to be trying to sell themselves to the
Glass/Reich/Riley fans lately.

The 'pusher one worked best last time around IMO. The boards
and aphex ones were gash.

oh and WHAT THE FUCK PETTY BICKERING etc

are people after all these years comparing two completely
different styles of messageboard

George Antheil’s Ballet Mécanique (1924) was also way
ahead of its time and has only recently been performed as
originally intended, through the use of MIDI technology.
Dubbed ‘the bad boy of music’, Antheil was at the centre
of the artistic avant-garde in 1920s Paris, where the first
performance of his visionary Ballet Mécanique caused a riot
and marked both the zenith and nadir of his career; it
symbolised the height of demented modernism, as well as
being regarded as one of the masterpieces of the early 20th
century.

I found this on soulseek and downloaded it. Very crazy I
must say, good use of dissonant "chords" I guess you could
call it, it sounds like banging on the piano, but at the end
it sounds fairly consistent in sound, very odd effect with a
kind of 'dissonnant harmony' if that even makes sense.
