Classic release though :D

boring release though. :|

Theres only a few tracks on there that i want to listen to,
the rest are demoted to being 'background music' forever and
ever.

what can not be said about this release? its one of
the most cohesive, beautiful works ever. the whole album is
a triumph and the shining star of afx's career.

i think its a really nice album to listen to in a crowded
busy place, like a station or somewhere like that.

Rhubarb is one of his best tracks. And yeah, I listened to
it on the bus once and it was a weird experiece. Everything
moved in slow motion.

this and fitter happier by radiohead are the two most
surreal things to listen to in a crowded train station or
something of the like

i figure a good deal, even if one of the labels is glued
over a track..is this the case on any other copies..?

I would deskribe it 'mushroom like soundz' - damn good,
especially when using portable stuff somewhere in woods
after dawn.

What "Stone In Focus" lacks in action, it makes up for in
sheer aural texture...

^.^

Best Aphex release without a doubt. This is the definitive
Aphex release.

So who originally came up with the names for the tracks that
are now widely accepted?

was it the bloke who did the FAQ, i forget his name and the
immensity of my nob prevents me from google-ing, Lazlo
something.

I don't get the 'blur' ones. The images corresponding to
those tracks don't look blurry or anything.

the center labels.

played at my funeral, if I wasn't an undead mortal.

i dont think i can be any more jealous than i am now.
saw2 is one of the most inspiring albums i know - despite
the amount of 'filler' tracks

Matchsticks, Rhubarb, Lichen, Stone in Focus, Blue Calx are
all excellent tracks.

I haven't heard many songs that have the same feeling to
them but Dirqual's song, Laura Joseph 2, is a brilliant song
with a SAWII feel to it. I love that song.

This album really stops time when you listen to it.
Everything slows down and you can see through things.

incredible album!
but, imo, not afx's best or, at least, not my favourite...
i love the total madness tracks where a shrill (?) and
caustic (?) sound is repiting like for ten minutes...
