yeah right.

just tell us which one you liked best. when will you
announce the winner?

no, seriously, it just sounded like you were part of the
jury and had like discussions with phobia about which one to
pick...

I just imagined that it was being a tough decision for him

I am not involved at all, and really that would be
ridiculous as:

its his site and he knows what he wants by himself
I am not even part of the crew,
I am not a graphic designer or something like that

oh yeah!

well what about THIS!?

it's quite obvious "nacmat" (if that is your real
name) that you and phobiazero are formulating some secret
plot.

The good news is:

I have choosen a winner!

The bad news is:

It won't be used as the official logo. Not that it is bad
(hell, it's the winner...), but none of the submitted logos
met the requierements and the vision I have for the xltronic
logo. That's why it has taken such long time - I was
planning to use the logo anyway, but I'm such a control
freak and I want it all to be "perfect".

I'll post the winner + all other logos later tonight.

The winner will receive the very cool DVD of Chris
Cunningham's work.

send me "stuff"

offline nacmat on 2003-11-20 10:59 [#00958457]
Points: 31271 Status: Lurker

if phobia still accepts new stuff... to find the official
logo... I think it would be good that he gave us some
details on what he wants... taking examples from the logos
that he liked more

it would be like a second round of the contest. round one
will have the winner of the dvd
winner of round 2 would have the honour or being the creator
of the official logo

just ideas

The winner is a good one, if not the best. Congrats to
meen.

I made a cool one at work with an ink-pen. It's a hunched DJ
and his left arm is stretched down to his left deck,
creating the beginning of the letter X.

Unfortunately I sketched it on Volvo Trucks assembly
instructions, so it's gone forever now. Maybe someone can
work on this idea.
