I used Adobe Photoshop Elements. Otherwise known as APE :) No vector layers, but at least they're layers! and yes, Morton, my city is garbage inspired. :) |

i can perfectly work without layers... i've made all the graphics and all on my website without any layers, and i don't think i've used any on my avatars either (not sure but i don't remember using them)... it is just more... eh... "manual" or "analogic" or, well, you see what i mean : ) more like working with real tools maybe |
