I got two of those messages already - no need to panic, make
sure you've downloaded the latest antivirus signature file

I find the best way to combat viruses like that is to have
an account that can download e-mails but can't send. Then if
you have one tha tspreads through e-mail at least you've
partially stopped it. Haveing good Anti-Virus software helps
but in case one slips through.....
