I was speaking on fear btw. This is not on an induvidual basis but I think the same applies to an angry populous. It takes some rational people within the populous. People un-afraid. I believe in this particular context all that an induvidual can do is to prevent the situation from comming to that point. By educating the people and agitating the situation.
