I think it's 60*80 as you say. It's the right type of file as well yeah and the right size? 12Kb or less. |

If your avatar is 60*80 and not over 12 KB, then you might want to try opening and immediately saving the image using a simple program such as (preferably) MS Photo Editor |

what paint program do you have? key thing to remember in resizing pix: aspect ratio should be .75, while the width should be 60. |
