indeed, i love that shit. you can get awsome samples. I
probably have sampled those steve martin records in at least
30% of my tracks.

used book stores and garage sales are a gold mine for that
kind of stuff and it usually only costs 50Cents up to maybe
5 bucks for some of the mainstream soundtracks.

hahaha
that would be great to sample.
stick it in reverse and someday someone would be listening
to your music, hear the reversed speech, then reverse your
song and think that you were trying to subliminally tell
your female fan's breasts to grow larger..

I have a few...
Most of it is real mainstream stuff actually.
My vinyl is more mainstream than my cdcollection actually...
hehe

Eminem - Marshall Mathers LP
Madonna - Music (Album)
Paul van Dyk - For an angel
Dune - Dark side of the Moon remixes
Hybrid - If I survive
Underworld - Born Slippy (the nuxx)
Riot Nation - Abba Gabba
Jam & Spoon - Kaleidoscope Skies
Sash! - Ecuador!
Antiloop - Start Rockin'

and some crap I bought because it was cheap, which I had
planned to use to practice scratching. And the cheap stuff =
bad... It wasn't even good old pop records. Just eurotechno,
goa, and some trance...

No IDM. I've had my eyes on several records but never bought
any, cause I haven't got any decks at the moment! When I
have bought a player (I used to use my beloved folks' player
when I lived at home) I'll probably buy a lot more vinyl,
since I dig that format.
