If you give him the ftp adres, the username and password, he
can easily use I. explorer and just copy-paste entire
folders to his hard disc.

and how can I know what is it what I am listening if the
tracks dont appear in my winamp player...just one track
called: xltronic vibes vol x

I have the track listing in front of me, but how can I know

when the track ends and starts?

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2003-05-25 09:15 [#00713878]

you have track times on track lists - it shouldnt be too
dificult...

offline pomme de terre from obscure body in the SK System on 2003-05-25 09:19 [#00713887]
Points: 11941 Status: Moderator | Show recordbag

the track list is structured with the times that the track
starts since they are mixed.

its nice to see a non music maker on the board take an
interest in everyones music.

what made you decide to do this nacmat? my guess is because
you are judging the ae remix contest and you are impressed
with everyones music.. am i right or no?

offline nacmat on 2003-05-25 09:25 [#00713899]
Points: 31271 Status: Lurker | Followup to pomme de terre: #00713887

lol

you are wrong

I am not judging the contest... where did you get that idea
from?
I heard that the contest will be judged by the crew who will
chose like 15 remixes and after that we all will vote among
those 15 tracks

why am I being interested now in the xltronic music???

COS I LOVE MUSIC!!!

and I want to listen to your music (all of you) cos I am
sure some of you are really good even though you are not
still known in the world

the real reason:

I WANT TO LISTEN TO PURE MUSIC, NON INFECTED BY MONEY, JUST
PURE MUSIC MADE WITH THE ONLY EFFORT OF BEING AS GOOD AS
POSSIBLE...
which is impossible to find in the stores

we have a real treasure with all this music made by all of
you being so accesible.
we can scape the sistem and listen to pure music

the track list is structured with the times that the track
starts since they are mixed.

this is true in vol2,3,4 and 5

but vol 1 hasnt got the times

Most of the time you can hear when a new track begins,
because they are all so different (which is a good thing, I
love variety).

that is very commendable of you nacky. its that kind of
non-agenda attitude that would have made you a good judge of
the contest (i was just thinking phobe or someone would have
had the same idea as me).

anyhow, yes.. xlt has many MANY very talented musicians. i
always thought that you would like some of the music being
circulated on here, yet i never saw you making any comments
or downloading anything.. then all of the sudden it's like,
BAM~ you want as much as possible.

you give a valid reason for wanting to check everyones music
out. but the change was so quick and drastic I was wondering
if you could pinpoint your desicion to one thing.. you know?
like what was the revelationary moment for you? maybe you
didn't have one.. oh well.. enjoy!

my favorite xlt artists:

pomme de terre
sm pennyworth
clic
w m w
fat kaimo
randaraki
loads more...

I have everything by pomme de terre (of course) and sm
pennysworth (aka arsefox/dj bumfox/dirqual/dj pettigrew
sum/etc) so if you like either one of those artists I can
send you the whole lot trough soulseek if you like.
