Kramer Vs. Kramer, starring Dustin Hoffman, is one I can
think of. It's better than The Graduate AND Midnight Cowboy,
imho.

goof film, true... but i challenge this. i say the graduate
was superior, despite hoffman's emotional imput.

i love Kramer vs Kramer!

Midnight Cowboy is really good, yes, and maybe Hoffman's
performance is superior to the performance he gives in
Kramer Vs. Kramer...

but Kramer Vs. Kramer is the better picture. true feeling
and raw depth...sensational character development...

"dude, where's my car" I feel is grossly under-rated, and
it's ironicism totally unseen by lofty "intelligent" people.

yes, she is in the film, and I think that's the major basis
of it's underrated status, people won't give it a chance
just because of here presence, but if you ask me, that
top-notch tail just adds to the greatness of the film. I
love the part where she's smokin a joint in her underwair,
classic scene!
