remember one time he bought an inxs tape, and my mother told
me to stay away from it cause it was "evil" or something...

Their lead singer committed suicide a few years ago, it was
pretty big news. The band continues on, though.

They suck so bad, soooooo bad that it defies belief - but
not as much as them actually offering Mike Patton the
vocalist position... I mean, what the FUCK?

Yeah it was real... I think I read it in Kerrang! where he
had to do this 'Face the public' thing and people wrote in
with questions... he was quite amazed by it

i love INXS.....it's fun music to dance to and the way the
lead singer michael hutchins ? died was really tragic.....i
still wonder if it was suicide or that whole sexual play
gone terribly wrong. how can someone make a mistake like
that? oye

btw....didn't realize there was a greatest hits....i'll have
to look for it.

there's a version of "born to be wild" on album-they really
didnt have to do this :)

Never Tear Us Apart is their best song imo! I love that
song... after michael committed suicide they did a concert
with Tarence Trent Darby as their lead singer and it wasn't
that bad! I gotta say they're almost as good without michael
but not quite... at least they aren't g n' r! hahahaha!

inxs have a new lead singer now I think?

The track was released in September 1990 throughout the
world. In the US, the track reached a peak of #9 on the
Billboard Hot 100 and topped both the modern rock and
mainstream rock charts. A dance remix of the track received
wide airplay on US top 40 stations, reaching the top 10 of
the dance chart. In the UK, the track reached a peak of #11
while it reached #3 in their homeland of Australia1 and #1
in Canada.
