the first example that comes to mind is dave chappelle. even though there are jokes in there that i don't agree with as a thought, i don't think there was anything that could be taken as an insult. the joke i meant was, he meets jim carrey during the shooting of man on the moon and jim carrey always stays in character even when they aren't shooting cause... method acting and shit. he says that he had to pretend like he was talking to andy kaufman even though he was talking to jim carrey and that is how he feels when he is talking to a trans person. i don't agree with the underlying thought but this isn't an insult and nothing to have a hissy fit over |
