Maybe the choking, if he really chokes. Other than that
these seem close to being night terrors.

yeah the choking was something that made me think of sleep
apnoea, but yeah could be something as innocuous as night
terrors, if its something that is continuous its something
id probably go to the doctors about

Until now, which has been a while, I always added an “I”

Too used to seeing “nick” written, and “nck”
registering as an error (all this very fast) is my guess.

Check your bedroom for Fah. You may need to turn your
mattress and check for Fah. Air your cupboards, check behind
the dresser. This, to me, sounds like Fah.

It's like a real hand that's fucking with me. When I wake up
there's nobody there. I usually wake up with my left eye
open first, like trying to break out of the dream. But the
hand feels real. It's been happening for a couple of months.
Little by little sort of thing. I'm too scared to tell the
doctor. Actually I'm scared of this hand thing too. It's
weird, honestly it's like a real hand grabbing me.

area...

Ask yourself there’s anything worrying you at the moment,
could be practical, philosophical, anything. What would you
say that thing could represent other than a “monster”?
Once you wake up, are you still afraid? Is it simply the
fear of the monster under the bed (childhood issues maybe),
or is the fear more abstract. You say you can’t sleep well
afterwards: do you start to have shitty thoughts?

Thank you for answering, so that I may proceed in healing
you, all while helping you to understand and master your
fears.

offline umbroman3 from United Kingdom on 2018-02-27 20:53 [#02545327]
Points: 6123 Status: Lurker

I used to be afraid of monsters when I was a kid. But I
don't think that's my problem. I'm half asleep after it
happens, I don't get up usually. I just lie down and go half
to sleep for hours until it turns light. I always sleep with
the TV on BBC1. I feel more afraid right now because it's
been building up for a while. Now I feel like oh right I
have to go to sleep and I might feel these hands again or
get choked again.

Truly knowing that even when present they can’t hurt you
should help. Knowing that you’re in control, that you have
the power. The things you project only have the power you
give them. Don’t let it become a bigger thing by
anticipating it either, mate! It’s not worth it. Unless
you’re in need of a thrill! ;P

Happened again last night. 4 times with the hands. One time
the hands were hot and went for my sides. The last time the
hands went for my throat and I said to myself "stop. please
stop." then i woke up. The hands feel real.

you have to try to repulse the succubus. try saying
something gross like "oh yes daddy" and see if the hands
hesitate and a spectral voice whispers "eww, ick". (caution:
50% chance this will only excite the hands further,
especially if they are Fah's hands)

said you were going to start making reggae.

dont look for tactile hallucinations or whatever i write on
the internet umbro, otherwise you'll become paranoid.
hallucination at the tactile level are part of psychosis,
you didnt know that? maaybe speak with your psychiatrist or
something?

offline umbroman3 from United Kingdom on 2018-02-28 16:17 [#02545404]

Last time I met the psychiatrist we were talking about music
mostly. He buys rare guitars and pedals off of reverb.com
and his son has a recording studio. They wanted to put me on
medication called chlozapeme or something, but it means
having checks on blood every week, hospitalisation for a few
weeks. Now I'm on Aripriprazole which stops weight gain that
you get with other medications. He did talk about all the
different meds that are available. But knowing what I do
about my situation, I know it makes no difference which meds
they put me on.

maybe you're stressing the shit out of your brain, and this
is only my opinion, with all the music you do. i saw you
just did another album, you're doing fantastic music mate
chill the fuck out

yeah I was gutted that nobody listened to my new acid album,
but it's a bit much to expect zilty to listen to a new album
of mine every week. maybe i should study a bit of reggae but
it's all so difficult and i like making acid.

i need to say fah off to these magical hands.

i never spoke to my psychiatrist about having the
hallucination i had, lying in the bed where my mother has
died, year before being diagnosed of anything. clearly a
confusing thing the brain does in the space between the
awake and sleeping state. but im not psychiatrist so dont
take my words for it. only an unfortunate patient like you.
