yesterday i ate nacho's with melted cheese, instant salsa and sour cream (is that's what it's called? the creme fraîche thing) and salad today i upped the stakes and made nacho's with melted cheese, instant salsa, sour cream, fresh guacamole and salad i drank tea with it i'll prolong this recipe but will cut down further on the amount of nachos, as i'm always trying to cut the carbs |

I drank a cabbage. yes, drank as in 'drink', past tense. story > So i got a big raw cabbage, i chopped it up , put it through a juicer .... and drank it.,,...oh, but so much more. I juiced in a small chunk of raw ginger too... (now add beat) its quite an amazing stimulation not like a VR simulation or synthetic sensation. more the natural raw juice vitamins and minerals and the enzymes from the cabbage patch and ginger root, baby. |
