Getting close to eight and haven’t eaten yet. Might have
an egg, spinach and tomato sandwich. I like the mustard kick
with that sandwich but didn’t realise I have run out. Fuck
life, really.

Do you drink in grams?

Hope you feel better; it’s been really cold around here
too, and for the weekend up until today I had no heating.
Fun mind games to be played in order to keep warm.

i processed it into a glass measuring jug

if you have electric and not gas Dustery get a
bottle....preferably a glass bottle and fill it with hot
water from a kettle.

instant hot water bottle

even a bucket of hot water for your feet.

or periodically put the hair dryer on till the gas man comes
back from his holiday of bus surfing.

Bread is bad for humans...and ducks....but highly addictive
and makes you 'feel' full

it could actually be a weapon...

but not against ducks...the council put signs up to protect
the ducks.

Yeah it wasn’t that bad, I just wrapped up really
warm, and practiced controlling my body temperature using
the brain. My kitchen is quite small and putting the oven on
actually really helps. I let it preheat for a bit and then
open the oven door. Thanks, freqy flyer.

I don’t eat bread often but it can be really nice. It has
been a staple of the human diet forever and has saved many
from starvation.

Sure I wouldn’t eat it if I was gluten intolerant, and i
wouldn’t buy bread that’s wrapped in plastic. I don’t
eat it much but i think it can be really nice depending on
what you have it with. Got some pita bread to eat with my
ratatouille but forgot about it.

I ate a casserole.

But not all of it though, you idiot?

I had about some of it but not quite lots of it, let alone
most of it. Besides, I'm saving the rest to sling at swans.

eat steamed veggies. i use it together to warm the veggies
and later roast on the pan with the burger. it's delicious.

i ate rice with pumpkin yesterday for dinner and will eat
rice with tomato this next dinner. they are those ready made
in the bags, you just have to empty the bag into a pot with
5 glasses of water in it and cook the rice for 25 minutes.
then add a tad of butter to make it more creamy, then put in
the dish and add grated cheese. they are awesome.

my flatmate did this thing consisting in fried rings of some
fish, together with tomato sauce cooked with fried onions,
and a can of beans. let the fried rings absorb half the
tomato sauce until along with the beans became a sort of
cream. then ate almost the whole shit, and now he is
shitting the evils death.

The other week: giant garlic prawns, freshly caught followed
by newly killed fried squid with black rice (made with the
squid ink) with was ace.

Today: home made mock duck and garlic tofu bao buns. Pretty
good.

why has no one made iced crisps yet?

like, you'd have to pack them in a way so they don’t stick
together

"mint wafer choc ice crisps. "

as well as crispy, they could melt on your tongue.
