I do sometimes yes, its funny you should mention it because ive been sitting here thinking I must improve my diet, its no good feeling shit all the time, its something I do take seriously I know it doesn't show because I joke out of despair a lot but I do eat my greens I need more fruit though |

I've been cutting down on my dairies, and feeling better for it. We do need calcium, but I think we overuse milk. As for paying a few cents more, I'll gladly always do that if it means the hens and cows are treated better. Truth is humans are fucking bastards when it comes to animals. With their pets and Big Macs. |
