do you mean veggies that are steamed at a factory then
sealed were opened?

do you then normally heat them up?

supermarket and i didnt notice

Got some fresh spinach, garlic, a big tomato, leek, and
mushrooms, which I was going to cook, and have have with
basmati rice/lentil/quinoa mix. Can't be bothered cooking,
it's late. Sigh.

Oh well, tomorrow. I need to eat more lately though. Just
never hungry. It's easier to cook for someone, so when I'm
alone I tend to forget about eating because I don't ever
feel hunger.

use orgainc milk Epics.

cause it is healthier, worth the extra few cents i'd say.

full fat milk is healthier too.
as is butter instead of margarine.

not that i eat these, but i did read about it.

almond milk 'without' extra sugar is a great choice.

I've been cutting down on my dairies, and feeling better for
it. We do need calcium, but I think we overuse milk.

As for paying a few cents more, I'll gladly always do that
if it means the hens and cows are treated better.

Truth is humans are fucking bastards when it comes to
animals. With their pets and Big Macs.

Probably not until 10pm though. This heat... I could do with
some chilled melon and it's water sibling.
