so it all depends on how we spend our money

if we buy too much we get fwat

if we buy too little we get too thin and fizzle away and
die!!

most of all, if we eat in smaller portions we eat happier.

i'll tell you, i was lying when i told you its 125 grams. i
used to eat 125 grams for the whole winter, until i started
to have some vomit episode (both with empty or full
stomach), i think with the most cold of the year, the
movement, and the low calories income i must have caused
some kind of stress, to i reverted back to eat 500 grams in
three times, which makes for 166 and something grams

well, today i watched the back of the pasta box and it says
that 1 portion is 85 gr, and that the 500 gr box contains 6
portions of it. they dont say whats the portion if your meal
is made of pasta only, i guess thats the quantity if you eat
a second course, a side dish, fruit etc. i feel guilty to
eat the whole box it in 3 times anyway, so now that spring
is approaching i will revert back to 125 which is in the
middle between 85 and my current 165.

raw cauliflower is good if you cut into small pieces and add
to salad.

or

steam cauliflower about 7 -10m mins until soft.

the smaller the florets , the less time needed.. as there is
more surface area.better even cook throughout too .

the greens can be eaten raw too...the thick white stems of
the greens , if you chew them, contain some amazing healthy
juice.

add to salad

BREAD! = Bad, low nutrient density. dry and with salt
gluten.

bread complex to make, requires many processes.

short shelf life unless chemicals added.

expensive machinery and large amounts of energy , yet fed
to the poor?

expands in the stomach ...less room for real food

it is highly addictive, the smell of fresh bread fills the
market.

just say no. eat a salad.

actually......eat what ever filling you were gonna put in
the bread....but more of the filling

eat the filling x2 ditch the bread.

i tend to agree with a lot of what you're "sellin'" but then
there's this twinge of "no, that's a bit far." bread is one
of those things like pasta -- if you can do without, that's
a good thing for your waistline. bread's a bit more
universal, more fundamental food-y, and, well, sandwiches...
but, yes, i don't eat bake like i used to bread

"processed wheat is deadly" omg!wtf!bbq

like, for real? totally. processed wheat will kill you dead.
like, dead

everything is deadly. people die from drinking too much
water. this doesn't mean water is bad. salt isn't bad,
either. in fact, it's quite goodâ„¢

if you eat bread every day you will eventually die of bread

even if you shoot yourself in the head.

buy a herb plant , like basil or parsley.

Leave it by a window and each time you walk past pinch off a
few leaves or a shoot/stalk. and chew it like chewing gum
until it dissolves completely.

eat whole plant.

dont forget to water now n then.

I started eating less
I don't drink caffeinated coffee in the morning anymore
[caffeine-free coffee or tea]
I start my day with 30 minutes of run/walk
I drink less alcohol

I'm thinking of stopping eating meat [or eating less and
less of it] cause I work as a driver so I don't need to eat
that much right. I do some basic cooking but it's not
always easy cause I work shifts.

bread: I eat it everyday cause sandwiches for work. but
changing to salad and removing bread from my diet would be a
good idea.

starting cycling [to work everyday] season soon too woohoo

I'm back on the bike and cycling to work. I've put on half a
stone since August, so need to get rid of it.

Less sandwiches for work as well, see how it goes.

the year. Almost 3 months cig free. Still craving it every
minute of the day. Getting fatter now, eating more.

A year and a half for me! Keep it up, you will soon reap the
benefits.

I do vape a little, it helped the transition.

satisfy the cravings. It felt a bit silly, although it
really did make the transition easier. I soon stopped using
it.

i will cut the dates from my diet, as they are tasting less
good from a couple of weeks, and cause me diarrhea. i will
save 4 euros from my weekly expense. i could save another 6
euros if i cut also the dried figs, i take 2 packs for the
whole week, i eat 3 of them when i wake up. are they too
pricey? i dont mind the yoghurt cake as I'm trying to
include some push up before shower, like i did 15 of them
yesterday and 15 today. thats the best i can do. will try to
stick to that for everyday, would be great. i look like i go
to gym when i just do a bit cause of musle memory of when i
was young and did all the sports, and helped my mom bring
food and packs of water from the supermarket from when i was
a kid
