aisle for no apparent reason

take one thing in mind if you begin disciplining your food,
that it takes a weekend on cakes to throw a month of work in
the bin

I treated myself with a juice extractor five days ago. I
only drank biological fruits and vegetables juices from
then. Just eating few bananas avocados, nuts and drank loads
of water too. Feel fantastic really. I like to cook too but
only healthy now and if I want meat I chose fish.

Alphorns, cuckoo clocks and raclette oh yeah and loads of

what if you love kale, but this rotten experience has put
you off for life?

what if you eat some great organic kale and get such a rush
you end up farming the stuff in a hot country somewhere
until the age of 122.2 years of age?

Promote awesome gut bacteria to get IDM levels of nutrient
intake efficiency and mental well being. Also, work out and
stretch regularly.

I ate some kale last weekend, it was on a breakfast bun,
there was "honey glazed bacon" (close your ears freqy),
poached egg, carrot puree and kale on it. I think there was
some mayo in there too. It was at a supermarket coffee shop.
It was a delight, I tell you.

I used to scribble in notebooks but these days I have,
unlike Samuel Pepys, a laptop and Microsoft OneNote.
Sometimes I get an urge to write something down with a pen
but it's silly, I type much faster than I write with my
pathetic claw of a left hand*.

*Not that speed is necessarily a marker for good writing.
Perhaps we could all benefit from taking a little time with
things
