i haven't had coffee after 8 now and only 2 or 3 cups a day
and i am sleeping much better and not waking up like a
zombie

also if you are feeling fatigue constantly, anyone on here i
recommend asking your doctor for a blood test to see if you
are low in anything specific

i when for a check up....she said iĺl just give you a flu
jab while your here....she leant over and picked the thing
up without waiting for a no thanks.

can you imagine how many people get a jab without informed
consent.

she must be getting Christmas bonuses per injection.

I'm a bit like a Gremlin, if I eat too late in the night I
feel (even) shit(ter) in the morning. Love spicy food but
with old age my body (rectum specifically) is asking me to
stop.

salt

They try and trick you in the nutrient details.

they put serving size! as if you are gonna have a tiny
serving.

that bloke from ´through the key hole´ that makes sauces
...his are terrible,
like 6 grams in a jar. He is going for mass genocide.

he says there are 3 servings per jar in tiny writing,
but most people eat the whole jar.

add everything together with salt that we eat.. eventual
death from high salt intake

Ainsiely harriot´s is high in salt too. 2.5 - 3 grams a
pack of cous cous.

best thing is to eat natural foods. not packaged as pre
made.

freqy, do you know where the word 'salary' comes from? it's
the same root as 'saline.' salt. a salary was money the
romans gave their soldiers to buy salt. you will die without
salt. it used to be wicked expensive, too. now hippies
demonize it and suck down gluten-free whatever made with
rice choc full of arsenic. there is too much sodium in
things, sure, but let's not turn this into another
gluten-grade stupid.

how about bananas? i think they're p. good

Dear Mr Epicmegatrax

yes we need sodium, i was just saying that pre made food
companies Ram in the salt to make it more addiictive. well
over our RDA.

we only need a small amount.

as regards to your bananas inquiry , they are great if
mature ripe.

have you tried to put a few in the freezer then blend them
up into banana ice cream? I have its great

fnx

yeah ive been resting a bit from my daily walks since 3
weeks (i was tired from the winter) plus i ate more sweet
stuff than the usual, gained 2 kilos in 3 weeks from my
ideal weight, i did that on purpose cos i thought i was
losing weight too fast, now that i know i dont have aids and
still put on weight i can fine-tune my diet, restart walking
and cut the sweet stuff again, and go back to 67 kilos and
stay there

calorie counting is crucial if you're serious about losing
weight. it's not that calories are the only thing that
matter, they're simply the most reliable metric you'll find
in a sea of frustration and hunger: did that hamburger make
me fat? well, the burger king menu says "750cal." that's not
too terrible... then you wander over to your donuts and
they're like "1500 cal" and you say to yourself: this is
brilliant. instead of a donut, i can have two hamburgers.
and i like hamburgers way more than donuts

more or less, we all burn X calories per day. over the
course of a few weeks, if you take in more than your burn,
you gain wait. if you take in less, you lose weight... and
many foods will surprise you. things you thought were
healthy turn out to be the things making you fat... it makes
compromise and strict dieting so much easier, because after
a few months of squinting at the nutrition labels you more
or less have it all memorized and can stop paying attention;
let the weight lose itself

i have absolutely nothing against pasta except the massive
servings of carbs and calories and i generally avoid eating
it. i'll veto the idea of pasta for dinner, vehemently. so
vehemently, in fact, that people have asked me if i have
gluten allergies! ...but, no, i like pasta just fine, guys,
but did you know that shit is worse than donuts?

then everyone looks at me funny because donuts are supposed
to make you fatter than pasta and no one can accept they've
been viewing reality backwards all these years

i think patience is also underlooked. shedding a pound or
three a month is a lot more sustainable than a crash diet
intended to lose ten pounds a month. people get impatient,
starve themselves, wear themselves thin, then say "FUCK
DIETS!" and go on a massive gorge. the next day (spent on
the toilet) the reaction is either "I HATE MYSELF I AM GOING
BACK ON A DIET" or "I HATE MYSELF, FUCK IT, I AM EATING
PASTA AND DONUTS ALL DAY" and yes don't be one of those
people

the other thing i feel i should mention: the scale is a
fucking jerk. you will "gain" five pounds one day, then lose
eight the next, then go up two, then another two, then down
five....

you take in a few pounds of air and water a day. food can
take a while to pass... so the number on the scale can
really confuse ya: "i've been sticking to my diet! why am i
up eight pounds?" the answer: fluid retention. constipation.
peristalsis

if you plot your daily weight on a graph, it will swing
around a few pounds every day. it's only over the course of
a week or two that you can see it slowly rising or falling.
don't let those daily swings discourage you

another fallacy. unless you're a pro-athelate, you aren't
even making a dent. a one hour walk will burn 50-150
calories according to the internet. go get your box of pasta
and see how many little bowties you get for that

but keep the walking up, because that'll add ten years to
your life -- you'll get more time back in old age than you
put in on those walks. good bargain
