hi hypes I´d go with fruit, eat as many oranges as you like and fresh air and some sun. just be careful not to food combine fruit with fats, like butter on bread or toast, not too soon anyway. certain foods when combined can cause issues....or too much sugar, not enough water. fruit is wrapped up in vitamins and minerals and water!! so is far superior to corporation sweet stuff. mother nature is best. how to get to sleep, though? I have no idea. |

i was talking about dried figs with a friend the other day. im gonna buy them the next time i go to the supermarket. go for dates, go for hayani, they're fantastic, more than the classic deglet noor so sweet to disgust you after three, the crap was normal just a lot of it, i had to push a bit but not for my head to explode or something. |
