i am a bit into my thirtease and there are signs of getting older:
-sleeping -not drinking -not understanding the kids -a deep and growing reverence for cereal
i hope to use the rest of my pre-forties to "get some things done" and we'll talk when i get there, thread #123165. meanwhile, any advice is welcome

You might be sick. You should see a (competent) doctor.
Having a pint and it inducing vomiting is a symptom.

perhaps that's for the best. or perhaps that's just beer.... but, one man's best is another man's beer... i could drink two liters of wine over the course of an evening, sleep for ten hours, then get up and feel perfectly alright. if i puked and pissed from the ass since, like, always... then i probably would have gotten a lot more done in my 20s.

I have felt comparitavely far older in this last year than the one preceeding it because I have been to the doctors/hospital more times in the last 12 months than I have in the previous 25 years.
I feel the effects of not sleeping, not eating, not leaving the house, drinking etc. far more too and my memory is terrible but then it always was.
But I still feel young in my soul.

get younger for a while.
juicing allows you to eat a high density nutritional intake.
raw plants, that usually are hard to chew and swallow in large amounts, available in fluid form, so much easier to consume.
all organic if you can
carrot 750g (not peeled, cleaned with scrubbing brush, most nutrients are in the skin)
apple x 2 parsley 100g
best breakfast drink ive had.
peace.

if you stay off bread breakfast cereals biscuits any processed sh*t.
you will feel younger.
but you need to replace it with something, else you go nuts.
Mother natures treats...what are bodies are designed for:
mango , strawberries, blueberries, young coconut, plums, papaya , ... and so forth. and dates!!

there are a lot of reasonable things one can do: exercise, eating right, quitting the drink, and so on.
as the needle moves from prudent to obsessive you get into things like pills filled with yogurt bacteria.
somewhere in between is freqy's juicer. i will not be getting a juicer. i hate veggie goop drinks. if it were some magical elixir of health, i suppose i could handle it, but no... it's not magic, it's merely healthy.
i think it is important to browse around; try things. every bowel is different. peristalsis is like a snowflake
i eat: eggs, meat, and cereal. and the occasional burger because if one doesn't indulge sometime things go ray kurzweil

Hydrating foods are great for breakfast
like:
half a water mellon.
or
4-6 oranges
These are called mono meals
very easy for the body to digest.
watery foods are great to keep you awake.

Hey Freckles, we eat tons of fresh parsley, coriander... and like you we like to drink (in season) water melon juice in the morning(freshly made). I add tons of fresh ginger for myself, but mrs Dust doesn't think much of the taste.
