You're the third person to mention milkshake today, I've
taken it as a sign and added it to a mix I'm doing.

No i don't. But i had this massive flashback three weeks ago
Suddenly i remembered a specific event in my life from 17
years ago - and i was shocked, that i somehow had forgotten
it. Memory loss can be really frightening.
Take care of your brain & mental health, or you will end up
in hell sooner or later

You can test your memory, by remembering track titles,
melodies, artist names etc. Or you try to remember the last
few things you heard or read.
I am not an expert on memory or the human brain, but this is
a very important issue you might want to explore.
I recently got into nootropics, and this probably had more
of an impact on me han my age....i am scared.
Treat your brain & your body well.

If you could go back in time, maybe 10-20 years ago, and
would compare your overall well being then an now, some of
you probably would be shocked about the diffrence.

So old now, bones creaking in the chill winter, beard shaggy
and face disheveled, half mast erections

yes my mother has vascular dementia she keeps calling me my
brothers name and doing stuff twice, i try to keep my brain
fit but i fear it is all for naught if it is a hereditary
condition, it might be i dont know.

yes memory is very very strange, you can forget something
but something can trigger an emotion or feeling and you can
recall something you forgot decades ago clear as a bell,
thinking about the past upsets me im not sure why i find
memories overwhelming

so i had to face the gay, i mean guy flatmate not speaking
to me, because there is a full trash bag in front of the
door from days, so i asked 'hey man who put that bag there,
its there from days' and he said something like 'it was in
the kitchen.. i... put it there and.. i....' continued with
some bullshit about going out late and stuff, so i said ok,
ok, and he said 'im gonna throw it away tomorrow morning'.
you should have seen his face. made me feel old.

Memory loss is less frightening if your memories themselves
are frightening.
