yes that track is only doable without opponents and without use of boost items. i remember the snes version being absolutely impossible though. when are they releasing that on the VC? it should have been on there by now. |

I remember to win the the fastest karts (150cc?) on the snes I had to do it as two player, so that it didn't matter if I came in 4th on Rainbow Road. I hated that track then and I hate it now, perhaps even more so!!! |

i can really wail on it now. i think this one is easier than the Double Dash Rainbow Road. i've used boost items quite a bit on it, you just have to use them on the straightaways. i haven't done anything fancy like go up on the walls to get items during the figure 8 or anything but i've been playing totally w/ the GC controller as well. i'd have no idea what the damn wheel would be like on it. also gotta watch out for which boost windows you used cause some of them, if you're not familiar w/ the the angle that you need to hit it at or the turn that's coming up, will just toss your ass right off. |
