personally put him....

Bah, someone get rid of that other one. Joel Cohen wrote the
script for garfield. It might actually be very funny.

He will be a good voice of Garfield. Not as good as the guy
who played him in the original t.v. show though.

The fuck it will. Just look at the trailer for Garfield.
They're wasting Bill Murray! They should be shot for taking
him away from a decent script/movie.

Finally seen Lost In Translation, excelent film, shame it
won't be as successful as films like Last Samurai. Anyway if
you like this you should check out Coppola's other film
Virgin Suicides.

Bill Murray brrings something to a film, so even if it's not
that good you can still enjoy it.

The artist? The main music being played is 'Rubberband Man'
by The Spinners, great track.

I proudly own Stripes on DVD, it's funny as hell.

'Larger Than Life' is on BBC1 in about 35 minutes. I've
never seen it - apart from the first 10 minutes in Spanish -
and I hear it's not exactly a classic but hey it's better
than Eastenders. And another film to add to my Bill Watched
List :)

DVD extras for 'Lost In Translation' (Region 1):

DVD Features:
A conversation with director Sofia Coppola and actor Bill
Murray

"Lost on Location" - behind-the-scenes featurette including
exclusive footage shot by the filmmakers

Deleted scenes

"Matthew's Best Hit TV" - an extended version of the
Japanese TV show

Music video

Trailers

Widescreen anamorphic format

Released February 3rd, I'll definitely get that cause a) I'm
a Bill DVD collector and b) I fucking hate the cinema.

Well it's only just come out in the cinema here in the UK,
and due to it not exactly being a blockbuster this will
probably delay it's Region 2 release by a month or several.
I'm not sure if there would be anything different anyway...
a Coppolla/Bill commentary would be nice but that's probably
wishful thinking.

it comes in our cinems on 22th, but i saw it a month and a
half ago on some festival. Im going to go watch it next week
again (probably twice hehe), then i'll probably waith for
region2 to be release, just to see if there are any other
extras.

Saw Lost In Translation on Saturday and it was great. Its
really understated and Murray and Johansson were excellent.
Some reviewer called it a 'mood pice' which I think is
pretty accurate.

Just back from Lost in Translation :) I'll have to watch it
again to form a proper opinion of it... it is literature I
would say... my friend told me she was waiting for
"something to happen", but don't hold that against her ;)
First impressions though-- very good, very touching,
slightly slow in pace (I need to watch it at least once more
to decide whether I think it was too slow). GOod to see
Giovanni Ribisi in this--I like hi..I remember him in
episode DPO from The X-Files, and thinking at the time that
he was pretty cool ;)

Time to Update MY Bill checklist :D
