direction, but in the near future I will.

giving your complete faith in a single book with
questionable authors is a pretty seroius thing. i'd
contemplate long and hard before you make such a decision.
if you become a christian realize that you do not follow the
religion that jeus followed, but rather a religion about
jesus that was created after him. religion doesn't have to
be a following you know, and it doesn't have to consist of
an unevolving dogma. whatever you are searching for, be it
god or something more abstract, or even if you don't know,
you can find it.

So you want to become a Christian...
whelcome to the club! the first rule is you must always
start the word Christian with a capital letter.....rule 2
get a Bible and read it and do whatever it says, even the
stuff that contradicts the other stuff...

all ill say on the topic is that no one can come between
your relationship with God unless you let them. if you are
truly seeking him out, he will come into your life. if you
reject him because of your fear, or because of other people
on EITHER side of the coin (ie. the naysayers/the
contortioners) YOU will be the only one who loses out.
neither the catholic church nor the hardcore atheists TRULY
understand christianity. it says in the bible, "he who has
ears to hear (the message of the gospel), let him hear". it
also states that the wisdom of God will seem like
"foolishness" to the greeks (those who fancy themselves
philosophers, relying on their own minds). i urge you to
seek him out, truly and confidently, in your heart. that
goes for anyone else on this board. don't become what you
hate. make peace with your bitterness, and your hate. do not
let fear hold you back from the ONLY truly fulfilling
relationship man can have. may God bless you all.

i have no direction in life, except:
from life to death
.

i don't think i need any direction or whatever to live, i
don't feel the need to have a purpose...

and for "lately i have had alot of questions that can't
be answerred answerred confidenly by science. "
, that
feels weird to me... °_°

it's like, you don't want any true answers, but answers that
satisfy you/that you find credible...

don't get me wrong, i'm NOT saying that science gives any
true answers - i don't believe that really. scientists think
this way too i think, i'm sure sometimes they're searching
for the answer that pleases them and are happy when what
they find can be interpreted as so.

after all, maybe it's the same with every one of us.

ps: ive read some of these messages, please consider the
source of whom you are excepting your advice. take a good
close look at these "authorities" on christianity... who are
THEY? is THEIR life one you would want to follow? everyone
follows someone, some of us just don't realize who they are
following untill its too late.

what you beleive, you shouldnt just change it when u feel
like it...dont become a Christian because u want to help
people, become a Christian because u beleive in Jesus!

Bob, what does "become a Christian because u believe in
Jesus!" mean? Does that mean to believe in that which jesus
believed in, or does it mean worship Jesus? Or something
else entirely?

NO NO NO

for starters: www.christianburner.com will answer MANY
questions about the so-called christian God.

Anus Presley, you do NOT have to goto church or join a
religion to become a "good" person. Follow your heart and do
what you think is right and you will be rewarded in other
ways. The laws of Karma run this Universe, not some silly
2000 year old book

And always remember: Think for yourself, question authority.
