it's sorta like the online registration system for a bunch
of games.

you sign up for an account, then you can play multiplayer
games with other wierdos. like counterstrike.

Question
My Friends list isn't working properly, or I can't add
someone to my Friends list after I deleted him.
Also useful if you can't delete someone or your friends list
is just acting weird.
Answer
Friends is still undergoing improvement, so if you are
unable to connect to the Friends network this might mean
that the Friends Server is unavailable at that moment.

If the Steam network is having problems, you may not be able
to log into the Friends Server.
