Kooooool Karlheinz Stockhausen, one of the godfathers of
true electronic/experimental music. Cheeers!!!

An anagram of Anonymous Teacher is A SHY MC ENO N OUR TEA,
so it's either Brian Eno or Phillie-T DJing.

Even though he was pretty fucking avantgarde and innovative,
I can't stand a lot of Stockhausen because of its
too-abstract-for-its-own-good being. This tune right now has
some nice sounds but it mostly feels like complete bullshit
to me, from an enjoyment perspective.

Ok, however Mystery DJ is they have to send me MDK "one to
twenty four 23" as that was the greatest track I heard for a
long time but I didn't like the way my connection kept
buffering.

John Fucking Carpenter - John Carpenter.... he's a genius,
but if you read an interview with him he'll say "Oh that
soundtrack, yeah I had 8 minutes in the studio so I just got
it together". He just evokes post-apocalypse 80s like no one
else. I love "Julie" (is it Julie?) from Assault on Precinct
13.

Was it the track I inadvertantly requested, "Julie" by John
Carpenter from the soundtrack to "Assault on Precinct 13"
(the original, maybe I should add, as apparently there's
some fuck awful remake)?

Too much...there really is no need for an auto refresh, or
there could be an option of whether to have auto refresh on
or not. I'm just thinking about people at work, if it looks
like you are checking the site every 30 seconds some bosses
may get annoyed.

It took me two long minutes to work out why you said that. I
am so slow.

Is PCP Aphex Twin? (that question is to anyone)

offline dog_belch from Netherlands, The on 2005-08-07 15:03 [#01687055]
Points: 15098 Status: Addict | Show recordbag

Because that vocal sample is on that short Analogue
Bubblebath 3 track, and this track is a slower version of
one of the Aphex "Classics" b-sides, the name of which
escapes me as I am a bad person. Or is it on ABB3 as well?
MYSTERY

Hmmm, but that PCP track was a slower Dodeccaheedron....
which was played the other night, is that then a remix of
the PCP track... there's something well fishy about
it all.
