I think Bob Mcbob is onto something though. So like wake up,
get fully dressed then go back to bed? This is a cool idea
meng hehehe.

From what I am reading I think it is the lack of JOB that
makes it such a task to control my sleeping patterns.

And no matter what, once you get that pattern go , one night
you will go out to a bar or whatever, stay out until 7 am
and end up fucking everything up.

I'm gonna try the clothes thing. Maybe if I do the 7am till
1pm it will help things go back to normal.

Monoid I thought it was Dietbetes. So yeah, doctor time.

goto the doctor, ask for a script for a CBC.. ask to have
your T3 and T4 levels checked.. this might be a thyroid
problem.. or some other endocrine system issue.

limit your caffeine intake and replace it with whey protein
shakes before and after bed.. try glutamine , amino acid
tablets and the like to increase your muscle stamina and to
have more sustainable energy throughout each day

this might be something called klein-levin syndrome.. it's
like the opposite of insomnia.. it's referred to as
hypersomnia.. it might be caused by depression.. but that
depression may be caused by something physical.. so don't go
first to antidepressants or whatever.. see if it's hyper- or
hypothyroidism or something glandular

"i always try to wake up about 10 to 20 minutes before i
have to get up."

> i do that too.. except that i don't get up and then go to
sleep again and get up again, that sounds terrible...

i wallow in my bed for the 10-20 extra minutes i save, then
i get up.

(though sometimes i get some sleep in the train as well)

whenever i get up before 7am i'm a zombie anyway.

(...or before 8-9am actually, but when i wake up before 7am
i'm a zombie for the next 10 hours or so.)

oxygenfad- i dont actually put my clothes on in bed, i just
get them ready, get everything ready.

uzim- yeah i dont go to sleep for an extra 10-20 minutes, i
'wallow' like you...i set a timer to go off just to make
sure i dont accidentally drift off.
