found this on the site, its changed a bit from last year.

Fantasy football is back. We've kept the best elements of
last year's game but made a few changes to make it even more
interesting and realistic.

 •
New rules: Your transfer market dealings are more crucial
than ever to your success. You start out with a kitty of
100m, but that can drop if you buy expensive duds and then
sell them when their value drops. Buy players on the cheap
who then deliver and you'll make yourself a pot of money to
splash out on improving your team!

 •
Last season you didn't need to think too much about the
defence as long as your forwards were banging them in, but
not any more. Goals are worth 5 (plus 3 for a shot on
target) instead of 8 and defenders get a 5 point clean sheet
bonus, so make sure you spend a bit more time selecting your
backline! You might even want to try a new formation to
capitalise on the new points changes.

 •
Top Tips: Watch out for new signings. Next time Chelsea
decide they need another £20m midfielder, it won't be long
before you can select him!

 •
Sometimes players will play two games in a week, which could
mean double the points!

 •
Keep an eye on your keeper and defenders. If you think their
team is in for a drubbing drop them quick!

 •
Coming soon...Player search functionality. Sorry about the
delay in making this available.

 •
Weekend shutdown - From Saturday morning at 10.59am GMT
through to the time when all points are updated on Monday
morning, you will be unable to select your players for the
following week's matches. This is to prevent people being
able to pick players who have done well in weekend matches,
before their value has changed.

Untill the points come in for the Arsenal game that is... if
only they kept a clean sheet!

Hows last years winner doing? :)

seems to be better scoring this year, strikers aren't
getting rediculous amounts of points for scoring and
defenders are getting decent points too if they play well.

Chelsea played on sunday, i don't think the points have been
updated yet for sundays games.

nacmat: just have a quick look on the bbc website to check
to see if your players will play.

mine has gone up 1!

oh well, i've sorted my team out properly this week,

remember a few teams have 2 games this week, if you pick
some of these players they should get more points as they
are playing in 2 games instead of one.

Some weird stuff happened with my salary cap. I went in
yesterday and it allowed me to make changes for this week.
My cap had gone up 10 or so. I changed a few players and
then it locked me out (reverted back to week one). Now I
come back and it has the team lineup that I made after the
changes.

I think it scored my first week as the players that I picked
for the second week because my cap is down to just over
100.

argggh
