I've lost the ability to sleep listening to music. I need silence. Odd, because i used to be able to fall asleep listening to almost anything.

Man, I've never been able to fall asleep with music playing, so I got nuthin' to list. Shucks. I can doze off with the TV on.
I can't read and listen to music at the same time either. My typo rate increases 400% when I'm listening to music. Music is a bully.

I put one of the disintegration loops into my 'Sleeping' playlist the other night, it completely freaked out my girlfriend who thought it was eerie. So I told her the 9/11 story that goes with it, she got up and switched it off then left the lights on for the next half hour... what a wimp eh!
other sleepy stuff Arrovane - Lilies Fennesz - Venice Air - Talkie Walkie Edward Scissorhands - OST BOC - Music Has The Right... Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind - OST
I find that I have loads of dreams when I have music playing at night as it constantly brings you in and out of consciousness.....maybe not too good for feeling well rested the next day tho.

I don't like sleeping to music. I tried several times but it takes my attention and falling asleep becomes obstructed. After some time i fall asleep anyway and then nothing bothers me except some kind of changes in music which wake me up. sometimes it's a pause in music, or end of track, or track change.
Tried to sleep to SAW, but it wakes me up. Tried to sleep to venetian snares - it was almost ok. Bad Sector - ok, and ambient musics like Alphonse de Montfroyd - Synchronocity/Seriality are also ok.
To sleep to music i need to not give a fuck about it, or there will be a feeling that i'm missing something which doesn't let me fall asleep.
