My fifth ever track online!

i think it's silly to self-righteously post a slap on the
wrist because you think someone "made too many threads."

stop trying to police the board with your nitpicking, and
listen to promo's tune, or go to another thread.

promo's posted more threads than usual in recent days, but
he's never posted a thread about his music in the entire
time he's been on the board. give him a break!

qrter,

Not this track. However I certainly acknowledged everyone I
can. I'll check it out.

Promo is on the crest of a creative wave *FACT*

people are just jealous they still can't program that
bouncing ball aphex thing.

Richard's bouncing balls.

I bet people would like to sample those.

I'd of killed for 50+ posts on the thread about my fifth
track ;)

Seriously:
The amen cutup is a bit worn, it has to be something truly
outstanding to make it innovative nowadays. I'd like some
low frequency floor shaking in this (not that waspish bass).
The track comes across as quite lighthearted and fun, but
that's not neccessarily a bad thing.

A basic exponsential algorithm??? It's just a curved delay
envelope motherfucker :D!!!!!

Damn why do people make things so complicated for
themselves?

ABOUT THE TRACK....

It needs to be more of a roller...you pissed about with the
beats too much, you would have been better letting the beats
roll over the melody and then had a breakdown at some point
in the track. At the moment, it just sounds like a basic
melody playing with a seperate drum fuckery track playing
over the top.

It's not unenjoyable, just could be a lot better :P

I should listen to the full thing first before posting...it
got good about 2:30 till the end...haha what it is with you
making tracks I really like only half of?????

Loony.

then I will be happy listening to your stuff.

listened to this track as well.

again just seemed too long. i enjoy d&b but this wasn't as
peppy as i'm used to.

i actually hope to download more of the music of members
here now that i have cable internet. :D

the percussion on this track is good, but i think as a track
its missing something. it doesn't seem to flow well. it
seems like there is not enough happening at any point in the
song, but too much happening over the entire song. still its
pretty good though, especially the drums.

The Bro - Sick of It : Quite sparse, yes indeed. Pretty old
sounding, also. Nice cuts, also... oh a steel drum has just
entered the equation, how nice :D
