I guess RPG games often lose their addicitiveness once
complete, wher arcade games you can just pick up and play
over and over (With mates too)

Final Fantasy 7 is the best game ever made, to me, even
though I don't play it anymore, it will almost always be the
best game ever made.

Silent Hill (1+2) is a close runner-up, along with Chrono
Trigger/Cross, GTA Vice City, and many others.....

Super Mario Bros. 3 is a masterpiece classic! So is Zelda!
