Anyone that likes listening to Stereolab while getting head
is O-K in my book. I think that the Neptunes are great..
They've got style and a refreshing artistic sensibility.
Didn't they produce "From tha Chuuuch to da Palace" too?
What about the rest of the album? Was the Dr. involved?

No one Ever Really Dies

i just hate the fact that people are such lazy, talentless
goons, so they get other people to produce sounds for their
shit.

Maybe the D-R-E was too busy producing 'Get Rich or Die
Trying'. Have you heard it yet? I think it's awesome
though I don't know how good it would be without Dr.Dre and
Eminem's oversight. Though I like the actual sound of his
voice, he's a little slow on the lyrical uptake and his
rapping sounds downright syrupy at times. Maybe it's the
result of getting shot in the head 18 times? He's certainly
got credibility, that's fo'sho.

yea 50 cent is pretty dope... dre's been working on his own
album (detox, late 2003), new ice cube album on dre's label,
and some new artists

please, 50's album is good (thanks largely to the production
team) but there is SOOOOO much hype surrounding this kid
it's rediculous.. you'd have to expect it though, as two of
the industry's biggest earners are backing someone who was
just 3 years ago a pariah in the industry who made a name
for himself by becoming an enemy of almost every established
act imaginable.. I was thinking eminem signed him for that
reason, because they both like to take shots at
caged-birds.. but it turns out he wasn't after all.. it's a
pretty good album (though it gets a little boring towards
the end before the bonus tracks) I wouldnt say dre was 'hard
at work' on that album at all though.. in the club is pretty
minimalist.. back down is as well.. heat is just 3 chords
over a drum section comprised of a gun cocking and
shooting.. and if I can't , you may have noticed, is the
same beat dre used in that COORS LIGHT COMMERCIAL... there's
no denying the greatness of eminem's [ghost?]production on
'patiently waiting' ..esp on his part and on 'dont push me'
though it bothers me that even on guest appearences he makes
it all about him again ..like he really ever struggled, or
is struggling now.. pleease

you HAVE to respect this guy though he was literally the
most hated ..yet unnamed artist to ever [almost] enter the
industry.. then he takes NINE SHOTS at once and lives .. and
now he's the biggest thing in new york and everywhere else..
(and as I jsut said, he may have some people to thank for
that)

Seriously. How the fuck does he get those muscles? Is it
from living on the street? Maybe I should run away from
home. I think this thread is mutating..
