An applicant for registration as a moderator at xltronic must successfully complete the PPE examination requirement unless an equivalent exam acceptable to the Registration Committee has been written and passed in another jurisdiction. The PPE examination will cover ethics, professional practice, business law, professional liability and responsibilities to the public. The 3-hour xltronic PPE examination is closed book and comprises 120 multiple-choice questions (2 ½ hours) and an essay question (additional ½ hour). The first 100 questions are based on Categories A to E as shown in the syllabus below. The last 20 questions, in Category F, are specific to xltronic – 8 questions on the Xltronic Act, and 12 on various phobiazero Acts and Regulations. The essay question is designed to test the applicant's ability to communicate effectively and is not meant to test an applicant's technical expertise. The PPE exam administered by Phobiazero is based on the National Professional Practice Exam developed by the Association of Professional Moderators of Xltronic (APMX). |

at 1st i didnt think it was possible unless some1 like phobia zero or tune mx fixes the sites code. but i have a new idea now to get avatars working. we can make a user script that ppl install in there browser to update (replace) avatars of the specific users. theres a external database where ppl can upload there avatars to and any1 who has the script sees there updated avatar. ppl would "link" there account in the external site to there xltronic account..... they have to "verify" they are real some how, so i think there music be a security machanism. like once u sign up and say "i am this account" it gives u a secret code. we make a special xltronic thread where ppl post there codes in, then u post the code u get and hit the button on the site. that checks the xltronic thread if you posted your code and if its a match your accounts are linked. then u can upload a new avatar we can also even add other removed features such as fav+. we can even make it so ppl have UNLIMITED fav+s to use (not limited to 50). we could do signatures to and maybe put some kind of BBCODE in so ppl could embed youtubes or soundclouds or pics by typing a code and the script then replaces the code with html codes |

I don't have the technical knowledge to say if that would or would not work, and I don't know if it wouldn't be to much of a hassle for everyone involved. but you seem to be very commited to this, which I think should be very welcome. you have this lurker's vote, if that counts for anything. |
