Many people might have problems with their sexuality. That is however not my concern, i think sex is like many things in life you personally enjoy, also a matter of taste. So, sex can be enjoyable if you feel comfortable with yourself and the other person. |

@Welt I agree with most of it, tho those are all pretty broad statements. 'Self control' shouldn't mean that you bottle up your emotions. There are more constructive ways to deal with them. That said, i think some people actually SHOULD learn how to complain. They should confront others with their feelings (if that is possible in that situation) and most importantly with their needs and demands at the same time. Otherwise there is a chance that they will become depressive. So they need to be more open and confrontational. That said if you view yourself as helpless victim chances are that you won't of course do this (except if you like to manipulate people) |

@NyanCat No, but i am aware of the concept of 'mindfulness'. Some relaxation 'teqniques' incooperated it in their program. I didn't really try it out yet. I'm busy however to examine some of my cognitions and beliefs and the needs behind them. Maybe this will help me to change a few things...or maybe not.. |
