I think most people here at this board that do drugs don't do it to be cool and fit in, they seem smarter than that. But I personally, in my area, don't know any smart drug users... most of them just smoke weed to look cool... I can't stand when someone rolls a joint at the bus stop in front of everybody, obviously just to ''impress''... it's 100% peer pressure, and EVERYONE does it. I'm the minority, the one that doesn't drink or do any of that shit. |

I rarely see anyone do that here... I've been on a few camping trips and people have walked past in the middle of nowhere as my mate chokes on a cone and hides a bong! |

drugs for me are a release, i only do them because i want to feel their effects, because god dammit, being high feels great. being sober around people who are high is terrible. no matter how many people are around, you feel so fucking lonely. i especially like recording music while i'm high, even though it usually ends up sounding terrible. |

I smoke between one to two packs a day on a good day, and more on a bad day. I don't mean to sound like an asshole or anything, but I don't think non-smokers should make up other peoples minds for why they smoke. Everybody has their own reason. You may have your own reasons for not smoking and thats fine, but please don't use it as an excuse for getting all sanctamonious and shit. That just looks tacky. |

i've smoked 30 cigs a day for 8 years and i started with 14, pretty early. i quit last summer and it was hell. in fact is still hell - even reading through this topic makes me nervous. |
