i like recycles way of saying this, i understand it as a
clear and to the point way of saying 'that's not good stuff,
that animal cruelty' - relaxed but with enough of a sense of
strong disapproval. Poricks way suggests a more
hung-up-on-the-subject view on the matter, as if this
sentence is the start of 40 min rant that ends with him
slamming his fist on the table and saying 'lets dig up
someones grandpa'.

I don't really line animal suffering.
Really, I don't like animal suffering.
I don't like animals suffering, really.
I don't like it when animals are really suffering.
Really, animals are suffering and I don't like it.
Animals are really suffering when I don't like it.
I like it when animals are really suffering.
I really like it when animals are suffering.
I like it, really, when animals are suffering...
Animals are really suffering, but I don't really like it.

Either statement is correct. There is nothing grammatically
wrong, it's strictly the emphasis that changes depending on
the variation used. Both PORICK and
J-whatever-the-fuck-numbers should contemplate the idea of
proper spelling and grammar on this board and it's
repercussions. Such gems as "r40f is the bef" and "thansk"
would be non-existent.

aphextwin.nu before that.

J. I hope your just having a bad day or something, xlt is
just a good plance to hear about music and have a laugh.

congs on a stimulating top[ic, PORICK. i dont knoW Where the
Whole grammar thing came in, i think j198 made an unrelated
comment about grammar, then some people jumped on that Wagon
turning the original argument into something else. but
serioulsy though guy,s, Wheres da love?

thad is indeed rad. he has his thing, some people dont seem
to get it. same goes for j198. his original comment Was
kWite harmless, actually . depends hoW u look at it and What
tone of voice u project onto the text.

i like xltronic and many of the people on it, however,
unlike many who just look the other way when something
inpossibly stupid is said and done, i tend to sometimes
question its purpose. so people think i'm a grumpy cunt,
while many probably agree to some extent that i have a
point. they're just afraid to expose themselves.

the joy and anguish of internets.

btw sorry PORICK for hijacking your thread.

it's just pathetic, the internet gives you the opportunity
to calm down before you post. it's not always bad to post in
anger, but when it's about a sentence error..

if you must know, i didn't post in anger but in wonder.

i think aengus did too.

either way it doesn't make a difference at all. this thread
has gotten out of hand because it is supposed to.

i can see the points being made here and i feel it. i think
this place is far more coherant than many ugly corners of
the internet, of which the youtube & IMDB boards seem to be
the worst. i guess i could care less.

i've been thinking of exposing myself, but i'm kind of
afraid. will animals really like it, or will they suffer?
maybe they have to suffer first before they can really start
to like it.

I quite enjoy the suffering of animals if they are suffering
for my palate, e.g. lobsters and kittens being boiled alive
and served with garlic butter.

ps this thread is full of jerks
